My name is Jeffrey Alvarez, I am certified EPA Lead Paint Inspector, and it has been over five years in the Environmental field going on now. We perform lead testing all over the 5-borough daily in city units, private houses, schools, and factories.
We use certified handheld XRF radioactive machine which is a non-destructive method for detecting and measuring lead in paint to measure the lead content in paint in each unit.
